Mr Dog Poop Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to update our purchase receipts and sales records. We use our own bookkeeping system, so understanding Quickbooks or or Sage is not necessary but helpful.

You should have some basic knowledge of bookkeeping classifications and taxes to be able to classify receipts in the appropriate categories.

This is basically a data entry position that will require a couple weeks of full time work and then ongoing weekly updates maybe 1 day a week or a few days a month.

If you have Sage experience then there is an opportunity for much more work reconciling accounts and helping with record management, tax payments and filing.

If you are a bookkeeper that is reasonably priced, looking for additional clients, this could be an opportunity to take on a couple new companies.

We do require that all work be done at our office in the Carrollwood area.

You can choose hours anytime from 8am to 8pm Mon - Fri.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
